Coupling and Synchronization of HIV/AIDS Fisher folk Metapopulations

The study of epidemiology is often done with an assumption that the population homogeneously mixed, and disease dynamics uniform. However, this not always true, cultural beliefs economic activities significantly contribute to segregation necessarily in spatial dimension but on way life. In study, HIV/AIDS studied four distinct fisher-folk patches, both individually under all-to-all diffusive coupling. It was found that, each patch periodic, there exist attracting invariant stable synchronization manifold. manifold coupled system displayed robustness small perturbation, even a coupling strength k≪1. This guarantees uniformity long term metapopulation dynamics.
